Michael Leavey is a qualified and experienced town planner, based on the NSW Central Coast. Michael provides planning and development services in the Central Coast, Hunter and Sydney areas.
Michael has over 30 years planning experience working in the state, local and private sectors. Prior to establishing his consultancy he was Regional Director for the Hunter & Central Coast region with the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure and led the state's strategic planning program and major rezoning proposals in the region.
Michael is an alternate Chair of the Cumberland Local Planning Panel and a second-term expert member on the Georges River, Ryde and Ku-ring-gai Local Planning Panels, and between 2016 and 2019 was a state-appointed panel member and alternate Chair of the Hunter & Central Coast Regional Planning Panel.
